Love & Sex: Get My Driftnew
Why make a bunch of kids toss around symbols of love and romance at such an early age? It’s mindless, crazy and absurd. Then again, so are at least ninety percent of relationships.

Bieres de France Hit the U.S.new
France is well known around the world for its champagne, fine wines and cheese, but somehow the beer produced there has never really gotten much publicity Stateside. The Long Walk: From Milwaukee to Chicago on Two Feetnew
I've bicycled from Chicago to Milwaukee a dozen or so times, including several trips during the dead of winter on the annual Frozen Snot Century ride. But lately I've been getting interested in walking as a form of travel that helps me take in more of my surroundings by slowing me down.

On the morning of June 14, 23-year-old Brendan Scanlan, a street artist who went by the name Solve, was stabbed to death in a late-night altercation. Brazilian Wineries Finally Come of Agenew
Not too long ago, the words "Brazilian" and "wine" would hardly be put together without a stern warning against a horrible hangover. Not that decent wine did not exist there -- it simply had not been made available for the general public, and much less for export.

Calling for Culinary Common Sense: Biting into Rock-Star Chefsnew
Chefs are the new rock stars, and as such, some of them have been honoring that heritage by acting like first-class liquored-up self-indulgent retards. I figured since this is the common-sense issue, I'd try and bring a little balance to all things silly and culinary.
