'Tell Us More' Delivers Hitchcockian Thrillsnew
Guillaume Canet's taut, gritty thriller went straight to video, in Canada, in January. And nobody noticed. This is a shame, because the film is an excellent example of the sort of crackling psychological thriller that Americans don't seem to know how to make any more.

Brainy and Brutal: 'Tell No One' is Classic Noirnew
The film, like the book before, is a thrill ride. The protagonist, knowing himself to be innocent, is nonetheless pursued by police. Running makes him look guilty, but surrendering sacrifices the opportunity to clear his name and at long last learn whether his wife is still alive: classic film noir stuff there.

After Odd Start, 'Tell No One' Really Gets Goingnew
If you want to see a difficult film with good action, a fine performance by Kristin Scott Thomas, a confusing and potentially dull first third and a neat payoff at the end, I'd suggest Tell No One. If you just want a delicious snack, I'd suggest an orange bell pepper dipped in hummus. The choice is yours.
