Dan Snyder Defends, Re-Files Lawsuit Against Washington City Paper
Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder re-filed his lawsuit against Washington City Paper in a D.C. court today, nearly three months after it was filed in New York.

In addition to Washington City Paper, the suit names parent company Creative Loafing, Inc. and staff writer Dave McKenna, who authored the Nov. 2010 piece, "The Cranky Redskins Fan's Guide to Dan Snyder."

This comes after Snyder took to the Washington Post op-ed page to defend the suit, writing, "If City Paper in the next several days retracts the false statements cited in my lawsuit and apologizes, I am still willing to withdraw the case."

Deadspin — which has been posting daily links to McKenna's original piece — had this to say about Snyder's op-ed:
The piece contains all the spoon-banging you've come to expect from Snyder — "I am not thin-skinned" is probably the most ridiculous assertion on that op-ed page since whatever George Will wrote last week . . .
