Alleged Lies Could Have Led to Martha Stewart's Conviction

It seemed so obvious that the arguments Martha Stewart's attorney submitted to the court to have her conviction overturned would be granted: an obviously biased juror who lied to get on the jury, and an ink expert who made Stewart look like a liar when he in fact was the liar. But they weren't.
