Phoenix New Times Article Helped Get Murderball Rolling

Susy Buchanan wrote a piece about quad rugby for the Arizona alt-weekly that caught the eye of Dana Alan Shapiro, Murderball's co-director. Shapiro, at the time a senior editor for Spin, then pitched Maxim on an article that would help launch his film.
