Bruce Brugmann Responds to Mecklin

John Mecklin can huff and puff all he wants, and write that we smell bad, but he still refuses to answer the key questions:

What is SF Weekly's position on the war in Iraq? Why has it so aggressively trashed progressives and anti-war protestors?

And why, at a time when publications all over the country, from the New Yorker to the Memphis Flyer, are breaking with tradition and endorsing a candidate for president, is New Times still refusing to take a position on the war, the occupation, and the most important election of our lives? Why?
