Charleston's Restaurant Industry Faces Its Drinking Demonsnew

At about 4 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2011, two employees of Charleston restaurants collided in their vehicles. One of them died in his car, which went up in flames after hitting a concrete barrier. The other survived with minor injuries but was charged with felony driving under the influence after his blood alcohol level was measured above the legal driving limit.
