San Antonio Current Advertising Director Promoted to Associate Publisher
The San Antonio Current, San Antonio’s award-winning alternative media company, is pleased to announce the promotion of its Advertising Director, Lara Fischer, to the position of Associate Publisher.

Lara started her career as Advertising Account Executive with the Orlando Weekly. Her success in ad sales led to a promotion as Advertising Director for Orlando Weekly’s sister publication, San Antonio Current.

Her efforts in San Antonio have resulted in record sales and the development of new revenue streams. Among her new duties as Associate Publisher, Lara will also oversee the sales and operations of new niche ventures in San Antonio.
