Fulbright Scholar Research Awards for Professional Journalists

The Fulbright Scholar Program is offering research awards suitable for professional journalists during the 2007-2008 academic year in Japan, Germany, Finland, or Mexico. Research grants are also available in other countries through the “All Disciplines” award category. Awards range from three months to ten months.

The application deadline for these grants is August 1, 2006. U.S. citizenship is required. Foreign language skills may be required depending on the research project. For other eligibility requirements, detailed award descriptions, and an online application, visit our website at www.cies.org.
