Here's a mini-preview of what we have in store for you next week:
- Summer Book Week: Every day next week, we'll pick a book by former and current alt-weekly writers to feature. Turns out a lot of you like to write stuff.
- The Shuffle: The only thing alt-weekly staffers enjoy more than writing books is promiscuously changing employers — A LOT — so we're introducing a new column that will help you keep track of who is going where.
- NOLA, NOLA, NOLA: Have we mentioned that we're having a little get-together next month in New Orleans? Well stay tuned for more details on the 2011 Annual Convention, including updates on the evening events the fine folks at Gambit have in store for us.
