When Will Web Advertising Deliver On its Promise?

Although an increasing number of marketers are shifting dollars to the Internet, surveys suggest that readers still vastly prefer print ads, says Tacoda System's Dave Morgan, who notes that online publishers "are still giving consumers a terrible experience when it comes to the vast majority of ads" placed on their Web sites.
