Sales Webinars: Objection Handling Focus Webinar Duo

AAN is offering its members a free sales webinar series led by Diane Ciotta
of Training Classics.
In a two-part series, proven successful techniques will be presented in webinar format to enhance skills in overcoming objections that occur in the two most common steps of sales process. Concepts are highlighted with a combination of Italian passion & Jersey sarcasm as confidence to take initiative is enhanced in the first webinar by preparing for possible rejection in the opening sales conversation, including "words to... & words not to say!"
In the second webinar, effective skills for taking a proactive approach to handling "fear point obstacles" are highlighted, which results in increased close ratios and limited loss of sales right before the close — particularly when based on procrastination objections.
