MADISON, WI -- Now in its 20th year, the Isthmus Jazz Festival will take place at the Memorial Union Terrace, June 5-8. The festival will feature live jazz from some favorite performers and some new faces starting Thursday from 7 pm to midnight, Friday from 4:00 pm to midnight, Saturday from 2pm to midnight, and Sunday morning. There's nothing better than great music, warm lazy weather and the casual ambiance of the Union Terrace. Plus, jazz legend Roy Haynes will perform at the Union Theatre on Saturday, June 9 at 8:30p.m. Tickets are $32, $26, $18 for the general public and $10 for UW-Madison students and are on sale now at the Wisconsin Union Theatre box office. There is another Jazz Festival feature for your enjoyment -- The Patron Package.
