Baltimore City Paper's personified newsstand has returned.

Besty, a yellow newspaper stand dispenser with googly eyes, graces the Best of Baltimore issue again this year. The perpetually enthused creature starred in over 100 photos, and can be seen here shopping, eating and taking part in Baltimore nightlife.
