AAN in NOLA: Full Convention Schedule Released

Getting ready for AAN's Convention in New Orleans next month? Be sure to check out the full schedule, detailing the sessions and speakers for all your editorial, design, advertising and online needs.

It may be the shortest day of the convention, but Thursday, July 21, will be packed with several exciting events, such as a social media bootcamp, a design workshop presented by the Society of News Design and an editorial workshop presented by the IRE on data journalism.

Two full days of discussions and presentations follow, Friday and Saturday, with diverse topics including: the state of the News Media, dealing with coupon deal trends, the aftermath of WikiLeaks, social journalism and social networks, advertising trends, art direction, diversity and much more.
